  22. Well in trying to get the hosts file back to it's original I reinstalled 
  23. everything and I lost my PPP config file and now I'm back where I started 
  24. with the checksum errors. I've tried every possible combination of config 
  25. options and modem initializations and I can't seem to reproduce what I did 
  26. before. Any suggestions?.
  27. Just putting BADXONXOFF and removing the 7WIRE options plus putting my 
  28. modem into software flow control isn't doing it this time.
  29. I've been trying to get this going for over a week now and I'm ready to 
  30. just give up on the whole thing and forget about the WWW.  boohoo  :(
